Professional Overview

Dr. Crannage obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy and completed residency training at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.  Dr. Crannage is currently Professor and Chair of the Pharmacy Practice Department at St. Louis College of Pharmacy at UHSP.  He is also an Internal Medicine Clinical Specialist at Mercy Hospital St. Louis.  His teaching and research/scholarship focuses on Nephrology, Internal Medicine, and Pedagogy.  Dr. Crannage is a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and National Kidney Foundation.
