Haley Johnson

Haley Johnson, PharmD, BCPS is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at St. Louis College of Pharmacy at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP) in St. Louis. She also maintains a clinical practice site at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri as a clinical pharmacy specialist in inpatient internal medicine where she rounds with an academic, interprofessional healthcare team. Her practice interests include nephrology, internal medicine, transitions of care, academia, and interprofessional education, with her research largely focusing on pharmacotherapy practices that advance clinical pharmacy, pharmacy education, and interprofessional education and collaboration.
