Dr. Jasmina Profirovic is an Associate Professor of Pharmacology and Vice Chair of Academics in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences at St. Louis College of Pharmacy, University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP), where she has been working since 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, a Ph.D. in pharmacology, and completed her postdoctoral training at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She was a recipient of highly regarded awards for the accomplishments during her studies and professional career including two Joe E. Haberle Outstanding Educator Awards, Missouri Pharmacy Association Faculty Member of the Year Award for UHSP, and St. Louis Area Undergraduate Research Symposium Outstanding Faculty Advisor Award.

Dr. Profirovic’s research and scholarship focus on cellular and vascular biology, neuropathic pain, and education.
