Research interests

Terri L. Warholak, PhD,RPh,FAPhA,is the Dean of the St. LouisCollege of Pharmacy(STLCOP) at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy (UHSP). She received her BS, MS, and PhD from Purdue University. Dr. Warholak served as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Public Health Service where she spent 5 years in the Indian Health Service. Before coming to STLCOP, she served as Assistant Dean of Academic Affairs and Assessment at the R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona. Her research interests include medication error reduction and quality measure development, and she has successfully lead grant funded research projects for 25 years. She has won many awards including the Food and Drug Administration’s Leveraging Collaboration Award and the Academy for Healthcare Improvement Duncan Neuhauser Award for Curricular Innovation for the Educating Pharmacists in Quality (EPIQ) program. She has served on national committees including: Food and Drug Administration Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee (DSaRM) and the National Quality Forum Scientific Methods Panel. She has edited a book, published over 174 papers and has presented at the state, national and international levels.
